The Copper Monstrosity waits on the top level of the Supreme Evoker's Tower in the Rainy Plains, guarding the green note block. It is a slow boss that fights with electricity.
Two of its attacks apply the conductive status. After its electric blast it stays electrified for ten seconds, and only then can it summon copper cubes. The fight has a revival stage: the boss returns as the Copper Monstrosity Revived.
