Pre-orders are over: the game released on September 29, 2026 and the pre-order bonus offer ended September 28 at 12:00 p.m. PDT. Standard is $29.99 and Deluxe is $49.99 on Steam.
Minecraft Dungeons II released on September 29, 2026, so pre-orders have closed and every storefront (Steam, Xbox, PlayStation Store and the Nintendo eShop) now sells the game directly, at the same US pricing.
Pre-orders placed before the deadline included two additional hero skins, the Twisted cape and the Twisted chicken pet, on either edition. The Deluxe edition adds the Soul cape, the Blub pet, four hero skins and DLC 1 & 2 as they release: those Deluxe contents are not tied to pre-ordering.
The official pre-order offer ran through September 28, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. PDT, limited to one per person or account. A purchase made after that date is outside the pre-order offer; Mojang has not announced another way to get those rewards.

One thing worth checking before you buy: Nintendo lists Switch and Switch 2 as two separate products at the same $29.99 price. Buying one does not appear to grant the other, and no upgrade path has been announced.
