Mojang confirmed the Minecraft Dungeons II launch date, its five platforms, and day-one availability on Xbox Game Pass.
Mojang Studios has confirmed that Minecraft Dungeons II launches on September 29, 2026. The game arrives simultaneously on Windows, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.
The sequel is developed by Mojang Studios in collaboration with Double Eleven, and published by Xbox Game Studios on Windows and Xbox, with Mojang Studios publishing on the remaining platforms.
As with the original Minecraft Dungeons, the game will be available on Xbox Game Pass from day one. Pricing, edition tiers and pre-order details have not been published.
