The Rainy Plains is a muddy region; Xbox Wire traces a journey from the Howling Woods through the Frozen Highlands "all the way down to" it, with no loading screens between them. Its sub-areas are Puddle Pond Village and the Supreme Evoker's Tower.
The Copper Monstrosity is fought on the top level of the Supreme Evoker's Tower, where it guards the green note block.
